This structure was vital during the blitz and was found to be very effective. Features include the curved and straight galvanized corrugated steel panels that were used to build the shelter. Inside the shelter you can see a gas mask, bunk bed, chair, hot water bottle and other memorabilia associated with WWII. Role play exercises the imagination and children can learn about WWII and how children like themselves were affected.
