VAT

VAT is charged at the current rate and will be added to all items where applicable, including carriage and packaging.

DELIVERY

Please allow between 7-14 working days for delivery. Should you require a quicker delivery service please contact us.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return a product please contact us within 10 days and you will be advised of our returns procedure. Some 'bespoke' items such as historical mapping of your area are non returnable. We do not refund any costs that you incur in returning unwanted goods. In the unusual event of faulty or damaged goods these will be replaced without charge.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Schools providing a purchase order number will be invoiced and can pay by cheque or BACS payment. Payment for goods supplied is due within 30 days of the invoice. Tiger Moon reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.
